NOVEL NORDIC-BALTIC TRAIN-THE-TRAINER PROGRAM FOR APN-TEACHERS COMES TO LIGHT IN AARHUS

Thirteen APN (advance practice nursing) educators joined together in lovely Aarhus, Denmark, in order to share knowledge and experience with each other and to develop Nordic-Baltic train-the-trainer program. This program is aimed at APN educators throughout the Nordic and Baltic countries.

During to meeting we outlined the Guide for the intensive course for APN nurse educators and worked intensively on the following things:

• analyzing the needs of APN educators
• composing a train-the-trainer program
• starting to discuss on developing a toolbox of teaching methods for future APN educators
