Practice Nurse Educators must design flexible, labour market relevant curricula, use effective methods for diverse students, and foster critical thinking and adaptability. They must also assess competencies in ways that respond to the changing needs of healthcare.
This second revised edition of Navigating the Future: Advanced Practice Nursing Educational Tools for Success, produced by the APN-EDU network, responds to these needs. The network works collaboratively to develop curricula that align global standards with regional needs and strengthen master’s-level APN education in the Nordic and Baltic countries, with a special focus on supporting educators. This toolkit offers practical guidance on core concepts, curriculum design, teaching, assessment, and future directions.
